One-to-one Sessions

Relax, Rebalance & Rejuvenate

Private one-to-one sound therapy sessions offer a deeply held space to slow down, reset and reconnect with yourself.

Life experiences, stress, and emotional patterns are carried not only in the mind, but throughout the body and nervous system. Over time, this can show up as physical pain, fatigue, disrupted sleep, emotional overwhelm or physical discomfort. Sound therapy works gently with these patterns, supporting the body’s natural capacity to regulate, release and return to balance.

Each session is tailored to you and what you’re experiencing in that moment — physically, emotionally and energetically.

What these sessions can support

Clients often come to one-to-one sessions seeking support with:

  • Stress, anxiety and nervous system overload

  • Physical pain and discomfort

  • Poor sleep or difficulty switching off

  • Emotional stagnation or overwhelm

  • A sense of disconnection or depletion

Rather than targeting symptoms in isolation, sound therapy works with the whole system, allowing changes to unfold organically over time.

My approach

During a session, I use a carefully chosen combination of sound techniques to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and receptivity. From this place, the body is better able to soften habitual patterns and restore equilibrium.

Techniques may include:

  • Voice work, used intentionally to bring awareness and resonance to specific areas of the body

  • Metal singing bowls, placed on or around the body to introduce grounding, harmonic vibration

  • Drumming, using rhythm to support regulation and embodied awareness

  • Gongs, offering expansive sound that can quiet the mind and encourage deep rest

Sessions are calm, unforced and responsive — there is no right way to experience them.

Sessions & Booking

All one-to-one sessions begin with an initial consultation to understand what brings you to the work and to shape the session around your needs.

Initial session (90 minutes) — €100
Your first session includes a 30 minute consultation and a tailored sound therapy treatment. We’ll discuss your intentions, health history, and any physical, emotional or mental concerns, so the session can be offered safely and effectively.

Follow-up sessions (45 minutes) — €80
Subsequent sessions focus on the sound therapy itself, building on what we explored in your initial session.

Three-session package — €220
This package includes your initial consultation and two follow-up sessions. Working in a series allows us to go deeper and respond more fully over time — ideal if you’d like ongoing support or are addressing longer-standing patterns.

Before your session
You’ll be asked to complete a short health questionnaire to provide a clear picture of your current state.

During your session
We’ll begin with a brief consultation to clarify your intentions and answer any questions. You’ll then be guided into the sound therapy session, either sitting or lying comfortably. There’s nothing to do or achieve — the session unfolds naturally.

After your session
We’ll take a few moments to gently close the session and, if helpful, reflect on what you noticed or discuss next steps.
